Sub Contractors
We do not use sub-contractors. All of our technicians are employees. They only work for us. They have had a background check and are insured and honest. All replacement parts are provided by American Service Center. All parts are manufacture original replacement parts, or in some cases better than original equipment.
Many companies use sub-contractors. These sub-contractors are available to work for multiple companies at the same time. Sub-contractors are usually required to provide their own parts. The Quality of these parts is usually not known by the company hired to perform the repair. The company has no control or knowledge of the quality of the replacement parts being installed in your garage door or garage door opener. In many cases the company who hires the sub-contractor has no liability for the actions of their sub-contractors.
